The most study (and maybe comfortable) camp cots you have ever seen. These are SOLID; mattress base is heavy duty coated fabric (waterproof) attached with bungee cords (adjustable) to a steel frame. There are 4 corner poles to suspend a mosquito net. Comes with a mosquito net and foam mattress but you might want to replace. Sleeping area is 6 ft long x 2 ft wide. Cots fold in half and there is a storage case about 30 x 40 inches. These are big and bulky, but totally sturdy and you get a well supported, good night's sleep.

I have two of these. Price stated is for each. $270 for both.

These were actually fabricated in Dakar, Senegal, West Africa. We would throw these on top of our Land Rovers and spend as long as two weeks traveling the bush and camping out during our survey work. I used these from 1983-1985. They are UNIQUE and like new because they are so well made. Great for camping if you have a truck or roof rack or spare cots/beds for a campground/cabin.
