10'X24' portable building that is fully finished including insulation, drywall, electrical wiring, LED can lights, 100 amp breaker box, quadruple sinks, water heater on an on/off switch, laminate flooring and much more.

Sale includes all appliances such as electric stove/oven (wired and plug for second stove as well), microwave, refrigerator/freezer, two (2) stand-up freezers, shelving, stainless steel table and shelves, AC unit, etc.

Building is only 2 years old, well built with metal roofing and in great condition.

You have to move (probably about $400 depending on where you're going).

Look around and similar size buildings are selling for $8500+ and you need to add taxes and potentially delivery (so about 10K). The materials and labor it took to finish this out far exceed the the asking price.

Price will be adjusted if not all of the appliances, table, shelves, etc are not included in the purchase.
