I am offering $1000 cash incentive towards your first months rent/costs after you have successfully taken over the lease. You will still have to pass the standard apartment verification and approval process for income, credit and background checks.
Costs:
Base Rent: $1,736 (Late fee applies after 2nd of the month), similar units go for 1,800+
Apartment Utilities/Fees: variable based on usage
– Internet: Your choice of provider, estimated monthly for COX is around $65.
-APS: Variable depending on usage, paid separately
You will also need to have renters insurance .
