This toy microwave is super cute and realistic! Looks neat, though appears obviously used, but works perfectly.
The microwave speaks the name of the food item and its cook time -- available in five languages settings: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese. Also, the digital clock shows the cook time, and when you press start, the display counts down the minutes and seconds while cooking. In addition, during cooking, a light comes on inside the microwave and the turntable plate slowly spins.
There are four presets: one for each food item (pizza, popcorn, soup and pastry). As you can see from the close-up photo, the food items got a lot of play, so they aren't in the best shape.
This toy appliance is loads of fun for role-playing toddlers and young children, boys and girls alike. A wonderful addition for kitchen simulating play -- help budding chefs craft their culinary skills!

Used to be sold at Toys R Us. Similar sets currently new sell for $30-$70.
