You must have previous customer service, activations, account support, or technical support experience with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, a wireless carrier, wireless retailer, or MVNO.
Applicants without direct wireless industry experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with activations, service plans, billing, and account support
- Troubleshoot mobile phones, SIM cards, hotspots, and routers
- Resolve connectivity, activation, and technical support issues
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of wireless carrier, wireless retailer, or MVNO experience preferred
- Experience with activations and technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
