It is currently assembled, and can disassemble for you. You must move it, so bring some muscle. The slate breaks down into 3 pieces but is extremely heavy. No rips in the felt, so you could reuse the felt if you want to, or you could purchase new felt for approx $150. For $1500 I
will reassemble and refelt for you (in the color of your choice)...but you still need the muscle to Get it to your house
