We are a growing remodeling company in Cave Creek, seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. This is a contract position (1099) with competitive pay and immediate availability. The ideal candidate has extensive residential construction experience and a positive attitude.

Primary Job Duties:
• Carpentry
• Door installations
• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• Drywall repair
• General punch out duties
Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years in residential construction or similar role, preferably with a custom home builder
• Skills: Strong plumbing and electrical skills are a big plus
• Professionalism: Professional attitude and demeanor, clean and neat appearance
• Logistics: Must have own tools and reliable transportation, willing to work in the northeast valley
• Work Ethic: Motivated, able to work alone, must produce superior work, punctual and efficient
• Other: Drug-free, good DMV record, strong communication skills, able to process work orders daily
