We’re looking for a technician who takes pride in their craft, works efficiently, and delivers excellent customer service on every job.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Perform windshield repairs and full replacements either on the west or east side of the valley
Replace side, rear, and specialty glass
Complete mobile recalibrations (ADAS) on domestic and foreign vehicles
Handle mobile service calls professionally
Ensure clean, safe, and high-quality installations
Maintain accurate job documentation
✅ Requirements:
5+ years of auto glass installation experience (required)
Experience with mobile recalibration (ADAS)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Dependable and motivated to earn top pay
Excellent customer service skills
Available to work Tuesday–Saturday (40 hours/week, OT available)
💰 What We Offer:
$30–$40 per hour + commission (based on experience)
$500 bonus after 90 days (perfect attendance)
