The more you know, the more hours you’ll get. If you don’t know everything but are willing to learn and step into different parts of the job, we’ll keep you busy.
We complete 5–6 full flips per year in the Phoenix area, along with additional general contracting work. Our focus is growing the flip side, which means long days and consistent work for the right people.
Pay:
$22–$25/hour depending on experience
Raises based on performance, work ethic, and consistency
What You’ll Be Doing:
Framing (light to moderate)
Doors, windows, trim, and cabinet installs
Demo when needed (everyone contributes)
Jumping into tile, drywall, flooring, and full remodel scopes
Keeping jobs moving and on schedule
What We Expect:
Shows up on time every day
Works hard with a positive attitude
Can work independently and with a crew
Takes pride in clean, solid work
Open to long days and steady hours
What You’ll Get:
Consistent, full-house projects (not bouncing job to job)
10–14 hour days available if you want them
Quarterly incentives down the road (cash, tools, sporting event tickets, etc.)
We take care of the guys who show up and produce—simple as that
