+ SKILLED CARPENTERS
Small, hands‑on construction company building casitas, garages, and doing remodels. Looking for a reliable Carpenter’s Apprentice to work directly with the owner. If you want real skills, steady work, and clear expectations, this is it.
WHAT WE DO
• Framing
• Formwork
• Siding & exterior trim
• Doors, windows, interior trim
• Layout
• General carpentry
• Plus: demo, site prep, remodel tasks
(Some work at heights)
PAY & HOURS
• W‑2 employee
• $16–$22/hr apprentice level (DOE)
• $25–$35/hr for skilled carpenters
• Raises as you learn
• Paid lodging for occasional out‑of‑town jobs
TRAVEL
Summer projects sometimes in Prescott, Flagstaff, and Northern AZ.
• Company pays lodging
WHO I’M LOOKING FOR
• Reliable, on time, willing to learn
• Can lift 50 lbs, work in the heat
• Comfortable with heights
• Basic tool knowledge = bonus
• Good attitude, no drama
• Follows direction, works safely
