Perform concrete and asphalt cutting, coring, and related site work using walk-behind and ride-on saws, core drill, wallsaw, hand saws and tools. Ensure safe, accurate cuts and maintain equipment.
Key Duties:
Operate concrete saws, core drills, and other cutting equipment
Perform concrete coring, slab cutting, and removal as directed
Perform basic equipment maintenance and daily pre-checks
Follow site safety plans, PPE requirements, and traffic control
Communicate with supervisors and site contacts; report issues promptly
Load/unload and transport equipment as needed
Qualifications:
2 years prior experience operating concrete cutting/coring equipment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, work outdoors in varying conditions
Basic mechanical aptitude and tool skills
OSHA 10 (or higher), confined space, or other safety certifications is preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills
Follows all safety protocols
