We are looking for an experienced Resurfacing/Refinishing Field Technician to join our team. If you have experience refinishing bathtubs, countertops, cabinets, tile, fiberglass, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements
• Previous resurfacing/refinishing experience is REQUIRED.
• Reliable pickup truck or work-capable vehicle is REQUIRED.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance is REQUIRED.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
• Able to safely lift and carry equipment and materials up to three flights of stairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills with customers and office staff.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Our technicians work in occupied apartments and residential communities, so professionalism and customer service are just as important as technical skills. You will work independently while receiving support from our office and management team.
