Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Certified Electrician with experience in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase 480V power. This full-time position emphasizes accountability, safety, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership of their work, adheres strictly to established procedures, and consistently delivers reliable electrical installations and effective troubleshooting solutions. Candidates who are fluent in English or Spanish are encouraged to apply; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase 480V systems, in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.
Diagnose electrical issues efficiently and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards.
Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades with minimal supervision.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any identified issues.
Proactively identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding job status, challenges, and timelines.
Take full responsibility for the quality, completeness, and timeliness of assigned work.
Qualifications:
Valid Electrician Certification or License (as required by state/local regulations).
Demonstrated experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
Proven hands-on experience with single-phase and three-phase 480V electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of NEC requirements, safety practices, and industry standards.
Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
