Weâre a small, growing company in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Paradise Valley that designs, builds, and installs climate-controlled wine cellars â and weâre looking for an HVACR technician whoâs ready to help us build something beautiful and different.
đĄ What Makes This Job Unique?
   *   You wonât just be fixing broken units â youâll be building high-end cooling systems that protect fine wine collections and work inside luxury homes, (mostly) but we do service commercial projects, too.
   *   Every job is different. Youâll work with custom design specs, unique cooling challenges, and clients who care about quality.
* We also do service work and maintenance work.
đ What We Offer
   *   Pay is based on experience as is the profit sharing opportunity! EPA certification and wine cellar experience highly valued.
   *   Vehicle, some tools and training, and a long-term path to grow with us.
   *   A chance to do specialty work that sets you apart from the typical HVAC crew.
* Other benefits offered after 90 days. Packages are negotiable.
* 4-10 hour days

â You Might Be a Great Fit If YouâŚ
   â˘Â   Have expertise with HVAC/R
   â˘Â   Hold an EPA Universal cert (or are working on it)
   â˘Â   Know your way around mini-split systems, ductless, or small-format refrigeration
   â˘Â   Are clean, professional, and able to work in high-end residential settings.
   â˘Â   Like learning and solving challenges â not just swapping out old units.
