About the Job:
We’re a small, fast-moving residential remodeling crew focused on house flips in the Phoenix area. Looking for a young, motivated individual who wants to learn the trade and grow with us.
No experience required — but you must be reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Demo work (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.)
Assisting with flooring, painting, and basic carpentry
Job site cleanup and material handling
Helping with installs and general construction tasks
Learning real trade skills on active flip projects
What We’re Looking For:
Shows up on time, ready to work
Good attitude and coachable
Not afraid of physical work
Has transportation (preferred)
Wants to learn construction and grow into higher-paying skills
Bonus (not required):
Any construction experience
Basic tool knowledge
Experience with painting, drywall, or flooring
