Landscape Maintenance Company seeking a well-qualified individual to assist GM running the yard, managing the equipment, and crews.
You will also have a small property portfolio to visit weekly.
Applicants must...
-Have 5+ years experience with Commercial maintenance.
-Held Prior management positions.
-Be well organized and have the ability to problem solve.
-Be able to program controllers based upon seasonal weather changes, plant, and turf requirements
-Have the ability to be at work every day.
-Be Self motivated and organized, this job will have a lot of freedom and self scheduling
-Ability to repair small equipment would be a awesome
Position is full time M-F (50hr.)
5:15am - approx 2:30pm give or take each day
Some Saturday work as well (that will be paid as an extra)
-MUST HAVE A VALID ARIZONA DRIVERS LICENSE
-MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
-MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH
-MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO WORK
