We install high-end pergolas for sophisticated clients. Thus, employees need to be very professional, able to communicate well, and always do the right thing.
This is a multi-disciplinary role. You'll be doing everything from digging holes to install posts, to fine electrical, painting, framing... a little bit of everything.
Applicants MUST have:
-Legal authority to work in the US
-Clean driver's license and reliable transportation
-At least two years of experience in Framing, Metal Fabrication, or comparable construction work
-A willingness to learn and have fun while working hard
-Thick skin and a good sense of humor
-Strong character

Starting Pay ranges from $20-$30 depending on skills and experience.
Ending pay could be much higher. It all depends on the value you bring to each project.
