Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Repair Technician to join our team. As a Pool Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper balance
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Repair or replace pool equipment as needed, such as pumps, filters, salt systems, heaters and automation systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical problems related to pool systems
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from pool owners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment repair
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
Note: A valid driver's license is required for this position. As well as the ability to swim.
