SPF (Sprayed Polyurethane Foam) Crew. Must have own rig/labor/equipment, GC supplied material package, mostly residential but some commercial, Re-roofs & New Construction.
Concrete Tile Crew. Mostly Residential, some commercial, 80% Re-roofs & 20% New Construction.
Single Ply Crew. Mostly Residential, some commercial, 80% Re-roofs & 20% New Construction.
Superintendent of all crews: Our current Job super is retiring in December of 2026, so this position may not be filled until late summer or early fall of this year. Hire will be trained in under current Job Super and groomed to take over his position upon retirement. Job super responsibilities include Hand-off of Work Order from Salesman, Public Relations with customer, starting all crews at different jobsites, oversight of all in-progress jobs, Ensuring crews are supplied with materials to avoid down-time during the day, & working on-site as crew leader when needed. Experience with Single Ply in both residential and commercial is a must. Experience in at least repairs of Concrete Tile, Asphalt Shingles, & SPF/coatings. Great Pay based on experience, seeking long-term employment relationship.
