StressLess Remodeling & Concrete Coatings is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our RubberStone installation team.
This is a unique opportunity to enter a skilled trade through a paid apprenticeship program, where you will learn directly from experienced installers and develop into a Crew Lead.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. No prior RubberStone experience is required for the right candidate—we will train the right person.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid on a per-square-foot basis.
New team members begin in our apprenticeship program, where they train alongside experienced installers and learn all aspects of RubberStone installation, including:
Surface preparation
Crack and substrate repair
Material mixing and application
Jobsite setup and breakdown
Quality control and finishing techniques
Customer interaction and professionalism on-site
The apprenticeship typically lasts 30–90 days, depending on skill level, work ethic, reliability, and performance.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, installers have the opportunity to become a Crew Lead and earn a significantly higher pay rate.
