We are a growing custom framing and concrete company seeking a skilled and dependable carpenter with experience in both wood framing and concrete work. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, can work independently, and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites. Most of our work is in the valley but we do have work in Sedona and Prescott and must be willing to travel when needed. Someone looking to grow into a management position is ideal. This is a hands on position.
Responsibilities:
• Perform wood framing, including pickup, straight edge, change orders, T&G and siding.
• Assist with and execute concrete work such as forming, pouring, and finishing
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately
• Work independently to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Ensure all work meets safety guidelines and quality expectations
• Coordinate with team members and communicate progress clearly
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in both wood framing and concrete construction
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
