We are looking for a Lead Remodeler who wants to run projects correctly — not just get them done. Not all carpentry jobs are the same. Not all remodeling companies take pride in their work.

TraVek Remodeling & Roofing is an established, reputable remodeling company in the Scottsdale market specializing in high-end kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels. Our projects require craftsmanship, planning, and disciplined leadership.
The Role
As our Lead Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (Lead Carpenter), you will oversee and execute all carpentry production on assigned projects.
You will:
Self-Perform kitchen and bath projects as well as lead a small team of carpenters, apprentices, and laborers and self
Execute high-level finish carpentry, cabinetry, framing, and millwork
Interpret blueprints with precision
Coordinate work with project managers and trades
Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
Deliver projects on schedule and with minimal punch list items
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who believes quality is non-negotiable.
We do not operate in chaos.
We plan, execute, inspect, and deliver.

Projects staying on schedule
Zero-item punch lists whenever possible
Clean job sites
Strong coordination with trades
Team members improving under your leadership

Qualifications
Extensive high-end remodeling experience (required)
Advanced carpentry skills (framing, cabinetry, trim, millwork)
Strong blueprint reading ability
Remodeling certifications preferred
Commitment to safety and OSHA standards
