Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced, energetic and motivated PAINTERS PREPPERS to join our growing team. These roles offer the opportunity to hone your painting and prep skills, including power-washing, scraping, sanding, and surface protection techniques. A strong work ethic and eagerness to work is needed for these roles! You will work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale commercial projects, gaining valuable construction site experience with the potential of advancement into a project foreman role for those who take their skill seriously.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year painting experience required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices (OSHA knowledge preferred)
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Must have reliable transportation to travel to work sites throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and Scottsdale areas
