30 ft 5th wheel as is. 1999 one bdrm Spinnaker .Needs some cleaning and TLC,and fixing up. Pop outs work , as does the electric, lights ,propane, toilet ,shower, sinks, plumbing.I hate to get rid of it. I have one already and don't have the space for 2 anymore. They are handy to have and convenient If you want to travel or have your own place etc. They are also great If you need extra money coming in to rent out. I can also develop a RV spot w/ septic, or a smaller cowboy style septic, and hook ups if you have a property or place to do that. Of course that's a whole other expense but once you have it you can always count on extra living space or a reliable extra income. Just something extra worth thinking about. I'll update this post w/some pics when I get home either this evening or in the morning. Thanks.
