This mobile home is in a 45 and older adult mobile home park. It has a very inexpensive park rental of 475 a month which is incredibly inexpensive considering the area and the parts around it being 800 and more. I went in and totally refurbished everything from top to bottom which included all new flooring all new cabinets and granite countertops remodeled bathrooms. It is a two bedroom two bathroom unit that is 1024 ft.². The trailer is a 16 x 64. I made sure the roof was resealed before summer and it with stood the torrential rains we had during the monsoon just fine. It is a brand new house more or less inside. It has a beautiful covered awning carport It has an outdoor grill and dining area. It has a shed. It is totally furnished with Washer, dryer. large refrigerator, dishwasher garbage disposal, built-in microwave and wine rack. This is a very beautiful mobile home park that is very quiet and is very secure and everyone is like a family and they all watch out for each other. If this is too much for your budget I have one other one and I need to sell one or the other as I have maxed out my bank account and I need to sell one. They are both beautiful units one is a little smaller and it is $47,000 and it is in beautiful shape also. It is located near Cave Creek and Bell Road in Phoenix.
