Reese 5th Wheel 16K Hitch with Ram rail kit mounting adapter.

The hitch itself is good for any brand truck. The rail mount system is for a Ram OEM underbed puck system. It is an under bed to above bed system. If you have any other brand truck besides Ram, the hitch will work. The adapter is specifically for a Ram. Different adapters, for others truck brands, are available.
