Local Flagstaff trucking is looking for PT Class A CDL Truck Driver immediately. This is a PT position if you are looking to make some extra money while staying local.
Local work for Phoenix- Flagstaff USPS contract to cover runs 3 days per week, Thursday- Saturday. Other days may be available occasionally for relief. We have another PT driver that works Monday- Wednesday. We run 6 days a week, no Sundays or holidays. Start time is 7:45am and finishes at 4:15pm. Must be punctual and able to work independently. Driver to load/unload trailer with rolling cages and pallet jack in Flagstaff and assist in Phoenix.
All trips run a dedicated late model Freightliner Cascadia day cab.
All runs originate and terminate in Phoenix (51st Ave/ Roosevelt area).
W-2 position, pays $35/hr (which includes base pay, sick pay and stipend in lieu of benefits) for the USPS run. Additional vacation pay after 1 year.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, have relatively clean 5 year driving record, criminal record and clean drug screen for background check. Minimum 2 years CDL experience (can be 1 year if no accidents/tickets within 5 years).
