Description:
FedEx Ground uses independent contractors, such as Beartooth, to provide its package delivery and pickup services. As an employee of Beartooth, you will be responsible, along with current employees, for the pick-up and delivery of these packages.
Location: The terminal you will be working from is located at 1666 N McClintock Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85281.
Job Type: Full Time
*Training Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday- Thursday(8-hour day)
* Need more money - extra shifts and days available.
Paid Training!!
Compensation: $900.00 per week, depending on experience level.
Paid weekly by direct deposit
1 week's paid vacation after one year
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision after 90 days
Qualifications:
* You must be a minimum of 21 years of age
* Clean driving record for the past 39 months
* No DUIs or Felonies
* Be willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
* E-Verify
* Must be able to read and speak English fluently
* Must pass road test
* Customer service skills
* Must have a clean/neat appearance
* All candidates must receive Department of Transportation Physical (DOT) ( if applicable) and Pre-employment Drug Screen. The cost for your DOT and Drug screen are taken care of.
Current DOT card with another carrier is okay.
* CDL not required
