Compensation: Up to $.68/mile base + bonuses to $.76/mile for top drivers
Guaranteed Pay: Negotiable
Per Diem: $80/day (mileage pay equals Miles x CPM less Per Diem)
Bonuses: Fuel saving ($.01 to $.05/mile); Safety ($.02 to $.03/mile); after 1 year service ($500 to $1500); Sign on ($2400 to $4000/yr paid quarterly)
Schedule: Flexible – options 2 to 4 weeks OTR with 3 to 6 days at home, honored.
About the Job:

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Freight Liner Semi truck with 53ft dry van or reefer across various states
- Communicate effectively with dispatcher, shippers and receivers
- Maintain a professional demeanor and good people skills while dealing with personnel
- Follow all safety, DOT, and company policies
- Handle wait times appropriately (wait time pay applies)
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting (mechanical skills a plus)

Minimum Requirements:
- CDL A with at least 2 years of over-the-road driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (both commercial and personal)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and the legal ability to operate commercial vehicles
