I only have the cartridge (and the black protective sleeve), no box or manual or anything. This game belonged to my son; he has been out of the country for a few years and asked me to sell some of his things that are here at home. It played fine for him, no problem ever. I can't tell you that I've personally tested it because I don't have a way to do that, but I can tell you I watched him play it and I was the one who put it in a box with other games and stored it in the closet. It hasn't been touched since. So, it should still play just like it did. Looks clean and nice, and the label is in good shape as you can see in the photos.
Again, if you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer to the best of my ability. You may have to tell me what certain game-related terms mean.
