Hi, Iam a single mother of 4. Me and my kids were living in a hotel for 2 years up until this Friday. We finally got our first apartment after 2 years. This post is to see if anyone has any household items then can donate. The apartment is all tile and all we have is our clothes and one 27 inch t.v. I lost our storage unit about 9 months ago due to trying to having to pay so much at a hotel. Here is a list of items I need if anyone has any of the items that maybe your donating our just don’t need anymore. I don’t have a car. If it’s a big item and you can’t deliver it. I can try to post an ad to see if someone can help to pick it up. We need a couch the front is very big so any size couch again Iam not picky at all I will be so grateful for whatever I can get donated. I have one person that is going to donate two beds for my kids. So now I just need a bed. So couch , queen bed, kitchen table, covers, sheets, pillows, t.v(any size), shower curtain and shower rod , rug for bathroom, area rug (for front room). Cups, plates, spoons , forks, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dresser (any size). 2-t.v stands , lamps-2. We also have 1 dog if any one happens to have a dog bed. I had to get me and my kids out that hotel we were at the motel 6 on 51 ave and McDowell and it was just a horrible neighborhood. I knew we would be moving into this apartment with nothing. I just knew it was better to start with nothing then continuing to barley survive in that hotel. We are now located on 29th street and Bell rd. Please feel free to text or email me. Thank you so much.
