We just moved into a new house and are having trouble with our pool, it keeps turning green.
We would like to hire a maintenance person but they are so expensive.
Because there are trees around the pool I have to skim it and empty the basket 1 -2 times a day, which I will continue to do.
We would like to find someone that could come by once a week to make sure the pool is looking good, and help when problems come up.
We are at 39av and Bell, the diving pool is about 25,000 gal with attached jacuzzi.

Does or does not include chemicals, chlorine tabs, pH up and down, shock, clarifier, sweeping, vacuuming, etc....
I have a sweeper and vacuum, so you don't need your own.
The pool plaster is very damaged from the previous owner, so if we can't get it under control, we are going to drain it and leave it alone.
