Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday–Friday)
We are a growing cosmetics and fragrance company based in Phoenix and are preparing for a full brand and website re-launch. We are seeking an experienced website developer and e-commerce expert to join our team and work on-site in our office 5 days a week.
This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who understands both technical development and online sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, redesign, and optimization of our website
Build and manage a high-performing e-commerce platform
Improve user experience, site speed, and conversion rates
Integrate payment gateways, shipping, inventory, and third-party tools
Collaborate with branding, marketing, and creative teams during rebrand
Maintain website security, updates, and ongoing improvements
Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in website development and e-commerce
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and backend a plus)
Understanding of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization
Experience working with consumer brands (beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance a plus)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Must be local to Phoenix and available to work in-office Monday–Friday
Nice to Have:
Experience with rebranding or launching new websites
Knowledge of email marketing, CRM, or paid ads integration
Graphic/UI/UX design experience
