If you're a Contractor or a Licensed Handyman that has your own tools, with awesome remodeling skills and verifiable references, then let's talk! We're offering a work/rent exchange for a private room/private bathroom in exchange/barter for your skills. This position would work best for someone who is comfortable with all aspects of remodeling, including tile work and full bathroom remodels and general household duties

We can offer the rent exchange to an individual or a couple (if the second person works out of the home). It would be a great opportunity for a couple who wants to save money by not paying rent, utilities, cable, internet, etc. We CANNOT accomodate a family of 3,4,5! We have posted previously, and people responded with full families (which we cannot accomodate). We're looking for a 3-6 month commitment. If you're afraid to work, or looking for a "do as little as possible" position, please do not respond. We have a beautiful property in an awesome area and we are looking for a fair trade of 4 days week.

You MUST be drug-free to live in our home, including no 420, no cigarettes (on the premises), no excessive drinking. This is not a party home..
