Very quiet private property on 6 +/- acres. Water, trash provided. Electric is sub-metered and billing monthly. Sewer is a service that comes on Thursday when you request it. You are responsible for this payment but I hear it is pretty reasonable.
We are approximately one mile from Highway 74 and Highway 60. Surprise, Sun City West, etc. is just about 20-25 minutes away. Wickenburg is roughly 10 minutes.
