Year long project. Italian style villa. This is for adult use and enjoyment, not a toy. It is 1:12 scale and fairly heavy. It is fully lighted, even outside the front door. No pre-made items like flooring were used here, no 3d printed items. The wood flooring is hand cut and grain is accurate to scale. Stone tiles are cut from plaster. There is a brass rod to accommodate your curtain choice for the toilet room, if desired. Local delivery is possible after payment. Thank you for looking!
