- Beautiful hardwood framed Eastlake style mirror. It appears to have been originally made using multiple types of hardwood. Most impressive are the rounded side columns done in a burl wood type, showing lots of woodgrain patterns and beauty. Lots of intricate wood working details throughout the piece. See pictures for examples.
- Senior owned in a non-smoking house. Family history of the mirror goes back multiple generations that originated in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
- See pictures for the intricate wooden details of the mirror and the exact condition. Please let me know if you would like to see additional pictures of any portion of the mirror.
- The entire piece is rectangular, approximately 24" inches wide by 50" inches tall. Great hallway, entryway, bathroom, or dressing room shaped mirror.
- The unit was very will built, using heavy hardwoods, thick glass mirror, and weighing about 35 pounds.
- Back of the unit is finished in rough sawn wood panels that cover the back of the mirror. By shining a flashlight into the seams of the back panels, I can see that the mirror is labeled "Toledo Plate Glass".
- Heavy metal cable is strongly fastened to the back of the unit for safe hanging on the wall of choice.
