Aircraft wheels they are brand new , never used or installed or had tires on them and include axles they are made for a bush plane or homebuilt that may need good and heavy duty wheels for maybe a heavy airplane or for off airport landings I think they are Cleveland brand but not branded so , thanks for looking Steve
