Salary: $60,000 to $65,000

Sign On Bonus: $500 which will be divided into two payments. First $250 would be paid after 90 days of employment and the remaining would be paid 90 days ler ( the 6 month mark )

This position is open to applicants in Tucson, Phoenix and outlying areas

As a minimum you must be willing to work in Tucson 2 days out of the week

MUST be bilingual

Program Director, IDD Services

• Manage the day-to-day operions of one to four programs in a community including organizion and implemention of direct supports, person-centered planning, and implemention, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relions, regulory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment. 
• Manage program staff members including performance evaluions, scheduling, and oriention. 
• Make recommendions and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminions. 
• Manage the implemention of program planning; monitor delivery of services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served. 
• Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.

Qualificions:

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of reled experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• An equivalent combinion of educion and experience.
• Other educion, experience, training, licensure, or certificion per ste requirements or as required by applicable regulions.
• Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance.
• Strong tention to detail, organizional skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communicion skills to manage relionships.
• A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach.
