ISO Spare Car/Low-Cost rental car in PHX (Phoenix/Tempe)

Where I’m living will be about an hour away from my girlfriend and I have the intention on driving to see her when I can. I’m running out of funds but I’ll hopefully secure a job in this next week. I have a secured a place though! So I’m looking to see if anyone here can hook it up with either a spare car they or a friend don’t use, or a low-cost rental ($10 a day is the best I could do) and I’d want to have the car for 2-3 months at least. (Long story, but Turo doesn’t work for me) this will help with commuting to and from work and seeing my girl.
**For the record** I’ve never been in an accident and don’t plan on it. Might seem a little sketch to ask on Reddit but i know there’s kind strangers out here
