*** Soapbox Alert *** We know your programs are important to you so we don't take the easy way out & suggest a Clean Install of Windows unless absolutely necessary. There seems to be a number of technicians out there who think a 'Wipe & Re-Load' is a proper fix & they are just taking the easy way out, rather than taking the time to address the problem & see if fixes can be made. It is a huge hassle to locate your installation cds/dvds/setup files that you downloaded off the internet many years ago (not to mention your License Keys that you may have misplaced). A 'Wipe & Re-Load' (i.e. 'Clean install of Windows) mostly is a convenience for the Technician & not for the Customer. *** End of Soapbox Alert ***
* For Drop-Off & Pick-Up Repairs: After a service has been completed, I will call you to come pick up your Computer (Or in some cases I can Drop-Off at your Location). Usual turn-around time is 1-2 days (If I'm slow I can complete the work faster, but this cannot be guaranteed).
