Horizon Limousine is a boutique limousine service company offering chauffeured services worldwide. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of service to our clients.
Responsibilities include :
Answering phones and emails
Booking reservations for clients while providing high level customer service at all times
Dispatching and monitoring chauffeurs locally, nationally and internationally
Coordinating with affiliates locally, nationally and internationally
Administrative tasks (filing, data entry, clerical)
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High level customer service skills. Must possess the ability to work independently. Excellent professional communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to multitask and possess excellent follow through on all tasks. Positive attitude with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. Strong desire to succeed, coupled with resiliency and determination. Willingness to listen and learn from others about Horizon's strategies, goals and opportunities.
Industry experience required.
This position will be home based upon completion of training. Must have high speed internet access. Computer and phone will be provided.
