We are currently hiring an Experienced Freight Customer Support Associate to support freight operations, assist customers, coordinate with drivers, and work closely with dispatch throughout the delivery process.

📞 About the Role

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with prior freight, transportation, or logistics experience who can confidently support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role works closely with dispatchers, freight drivers, and customers to ensure shipments are properly coordinated, tracked, updated, and resolved when issues arise.

• Professionally handle incoming freight orders via phone, email, and web
• Provide shipment updates and proactive communication to customers
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers regarding delays, delivery issues, and service updates
• Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist with problem resolution involving freight, scheduling, and customer concerns
• Support compliance and operational accuracy across freight activities
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment

🛑 Requirements

• Previous freight, transportation, logistics, or trucking industry experience REQUIRED
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance REQUIRED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of the Phoenix metro area
• Proficient PC skills using Windows-based software
• Minimum typing speed of 34 WPM
• Excellent attendance and professionalism
• Must speak fluent English
• Must pass federal and county criminal background check
