I have a TH-7800 VHF AND UHF DUAL BAND TRANSCEIVER RADIO for car to car or base.
Still have the box it came in
You can program any frequency you need.
For fun we programed a lot the the off-road race teams frequencies to listen in when we went to a big race.
You can talk with most radios out there.
It comes with a extra good antenna, antenna wire, power wires, mounting hardware, and mic.
It's in my car but never use that car
