I own a timeshare at the Royal Solaris resort in Cabo that I rent for $300 per week. If you want to invite family or friends to join you, you can rent two or more units during the same week.
My studio unit has a balcony, with your choice of a king size bed or two double beds, a mini-frig that is stocked daily with beer, soda, and water bottles. Some of the studio units in Cabo also have a Murphy bed.
There are fun activities all day long at the pool. There is a different show in the theater each evening. Don't miss the Mexican night with professional singers, dancers, mariachi band, etc.
The Royal Solaris offers a mandatory all-inclusive meal plan. The all-inclusive fee provides all of your meals and drinks (alcoholic beverages included). There are buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I prefer the sit down meals for dinner. Besides the buffets, there is a poolside grill and a pizza “hut”, as well as a swim up bar. The all inclusive depends on many factors and there is a very wide range of prices. I need the following information to give you an estimate.
(1) What week do you want to go? The year is divided into 9 different prices.
(2) How far in advance will you make your reservation? You can get 20% discount by making the reservation 5 months in advance, 15% discount for 3 months in advance, or 10% discount for 1 month in advance
(3) How many adults will be in the room? There is an extra fee for only one adult in a room and a lower price for 3 adults. Any children ages 0 - 3 (free)? Any children 4 - 16 (lower rate)?
Your fee also includes a full day excursion (lunch included) to a popular location. Possible choices are Sunset Cruise, Todos Santos Tour, Camel Ride, Zip Line Tour, and Snorkel Tour. You will also be given free transportation to and from the Cabo airport.
