I'm looking for land in the Maricopa County area that I would be able to owner finance. I do not have thousands and thousands of dollars to put-down and I would like to keep my monthly payments under $500 a month as well. I'm single and currently renting a space to live out of, and it's pretty costly. I would like to find a seller would be interested in working with what I have for a down payment $1000 or less and monthly payments not above $500, and have access to the property once the contract is signed.
