Basically brand new, High end set, had shipped from a high end furniture store in Seattle. Seriously the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. I’m a realtor and bought these for staging (the 1st photo is one of my staging photos). Deep seating. Premium chenille fabric, gel infused high density memory foam, down and feather filled throw pillows. This isn’t cheap furniture, it is the kind that will last. We paid $3900 when we purchased this 2 yrs ago. Located in Goodyear. If it’s listed it’s still available.
