This 1975 Solid Wood frame is very well made, all hardware included (and already installed). Assembly Connect headboard, sideboards and footboard with existing brackets Lay down drawer sections and insert spacers Place 3 platform boards on top Install 6 drawers
IF you want to use for a waterbed, you would place then place the heating elements, then install a liner, and the mattress.I have a liner, baffled mattress, side rails and heater free with purchase.
As a whole, the bed is very heavy, but individual pieces are not.
