We use sterile glass Mason jars with exchangeable/refundable jar deposits of $5 per jar + lid for half-gallon wide-mouth Mason jars and white plastic lids. It will always be full-fat whole milk, we do not skim it before sale.
We raise our animals organically and holistically; strictly adhering to organic practices. We do not vaccinate, which is allowed in organic farming, but we do not do it. Our goats are Nubian, Mini Nubian, and Nigerian Dwarf. They graze all day on pesticide-free irrigated bermuda grass pastures. We feed organic alfalfa pellets (NO hay because we can't find it organic), as well as organic grain, and organic black oil sunflower seeds, with free-choice vitamins and minerals and organic herbal de-wormer.
Our family uses the milk for our own consumption, and Arizona permits the sale of raw milk and raw milk products as long as they carry the following required warning. "Raw milk: not pasteurized and may contain organisms injurious to your health."
