High red yellow sided GCC Bird store clipped him/ her . She should molt this winter and again in 6 months or so and be able to fly better . She does fly decently as is but you would have to agree to not clip her wings .
Negotiable after you prove you’re a suitable owner, I won’t respond to offers without seeing a nice cage ready for the conure .
